CES 2012: Consumer Electronics Show Opening

CES 2012 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas has been opened by Gary Shapiro, President of the CEA. More than 2700 exhibitors from around the world are showcasing their latest consumer electronics products and innovations, including brands like Panasonic, Samsung, Sony and many more. Among the Show's highlights are the latest smartphone and Tablet-PC developments, as well as the latest television screen technologies. The top 5 smartphones revealed so far are Samsung's Galaxy Note, Sony's Xperia S, Motorola's Droid Razr Maxx, Nokia's Lumia 900 and the HTC Titan II. These new devices will give mobile media consumption a further boost. Apart from that new standards like Smart TV revolutionize the way content can be accessed.
